I have a very old and relatively small kitchen. I would like to update all appliances, floor, and backsplash, replace countertops, and paint. I am looking for a more functional kitchen with more modern updates. I know I would rather just refinish/resurface my cabinets if possible. I am also interested in seeing a couple of designs to knock out a wall to open up the space if possible. I am also open to seeing my kitchen reconfigured to help the flow and functionality of things. Thanks for your help.

My kitchen is very small with old cabinets and fixtures. I would like to completely remodel it with new cabinets, countertops, sink, shelves, or whatever else will be useful to make the small space efficient and usable. This would also include new appliances, however the floor will remain in tact.
